Compared to conventional stereo microscopes, the Leica A60 S gives you 100% more depth of field. The energy-saving LED illuminator makes lamp replacement unnecessary, lowers operating costs and protects your eyes with the diffuser.

Includes Microscope, Swing Arm Stand, LED Ring Light and Lens Shield - and a power cord (unlike some competitors).  Objective Lens (.63x) for expanded field of view and greater working distance is optional (See note below).

Note: the Optional .5x, .63x Objective lens was not originally designed for the A60 series microscope, and as a result, with the lens total focusing range is reduced to approximately 5:1 with the reduction at the high end of the zoom. Even with this reduction, the added working distance and focal area make this an excellent option for this microscope.
