115 Degree 55 Face Parallel Graver Sharpening Block

Grind and sharpen a 115 degree graver with parallel heels and a 55 degree face using this block with the Engraver.com Sharpening System.  All the qualities of a 120 degree graver with greater control!

Works with our Universal Collets designed for the PulseGraver®.  Create gravers from round or square blanks, thin or large tools.  Practically any graver that fits into a collet can be made into a 115 degree graver.  Works with:

• 3/32 in Square High Speed Steel Blanks
• 1/8 in (3mm) carbide round blanks
• 1/16 in (1.9mm) Quick Sharp Carbide Micro Gravers
• 3/32 in (2.5mm) Repurposed Jewelry burs
• Pre-shaped gravers that fit in our collets that you want to turn into 90 degree gravers

This block can be added to any of our Engraver.com Sharpening System Sets.  You'll need the Tower, the 55 Face Block, collets for your gravers, and your abrasive surface (i.e. diamond wheels, sharpening stones, or a powered hone).
