The Glardon by Syenset EnSet Plus Digital Hand Engraving and Stone Setting Tool allows you to hand engrave with greater control like the original EnSet system, plus it allows you to change modes to emulate other engraving machines.  Set stones in gold, engrave in steel, sculpt in platinum or inlay gold in titanium.

The secret of the EnSet hand engraving tool is in the electronic controls.  Precisely control the speed and power of the graver with the large foot pedal.  Variable speeds from 1 strike per second to 1500 strikes per minute (3000 strikes per minute in the Plus Mode) let you intuitively reduce speed for tight turns and speed up for major cuts or background removal.  Adjust air pressure with the easy-to-read gauge. Greater control and more powerful strikes allow you to make fewer mistakes and save valuable time.

For engravers who want the added flexibility of continuous stroke speed engraving, the EnSet Plus can change modes with the push of a button.  Get the advantage of EnSet variable speed together with the option of single speed engraving all in the same machine. Additional Features:

In EnSet mode, set diamonds, emeralds, opals and other precious stones safely with the clean single-strike action to create beads in one consistent stroke. Greatly reduce scratched or cracked stones caused by slips from unnecessary tool reverberation common with other pneumatic tools.

Based on customer response, the EnSet Plus now features two ports for hand pieces.  With an optional second hand piece, you can fine tune two hand pieces and quickly switch between them with the press of a button. Great for times when you frequently switch between tools for background removal and straightening sidewalls, complex stone setting and other advanced techniques.

All Glardon Vallorbe EnSet machines require at least 1 EnSet Hand Piece to operate.  Hand pieces from other systems are not compatible.
