Graver Sharpening Models by Heel and Shape Set of 4

Choose your set of 4 3D Graver Models and Shop-Proof Instructions for making gravers.  Select between square and round gravers based on Engraver.com’s High Speed Steel gravers and Quick Sharp Carbide Micro Gravers, and by either all Traditional Heel or Parallel Heel gravers. Geometries include 90, 105, 110 and 120 degree V-Shape gravers. You will receive:

Graver Models

Our scaled-up 3D models provide a reference so you can see the angles you want to grind with your naked eye. Imbedded in the graver are all of the angle settings you need to grind and sharpen the graver. Key surfaces are color coded, as are graver types to easily identify them and match the gravers you make to the models they were based on.

Shop-Proof Instruction Sheets

Each model comes with a two-sided instruction sheet. Printed on waterproof and highly tear-resistant material, the instruction sheets were designed not just to survive but to thrive in your studio. They have clear step-by-step instructions with all angle settings, scaled drawings, and rendered images so you can see what the graver should look like while you are grinding it. Works with any sharpening system where the user controls angles for rotation and lift.

Color Coded Bands

Every set of 4 or more graver models comes with a packet of Graver Bands. The bands match both the models and the instructions, and they are designed to fit the gravers you make so you can tell which model a graver is based on. Also sold separately, the Color Coded Bands are a great way to organize and quickly tell the difference between your gravers. Designed to fit our square High Speed Steel gravers and our round Quick Sharp Carbide Micro Gravers.

Dimensions

Each model is approximately 3.75 inches by .5 inches. Instruction sheets are 5.5 x 8.5 inches.
