High Attack Graver Slide Sharpening System Full Set

Create Advanced Use 90, 105, and 115 degree gravers, with 20 degree parallel heels

A more advanced geometry for work that requires a higher attack than typical gravers with a 15 degree lift.

You don't have to learn complicated geometry any more to create special 90, 105, or 115 degree graver with 20 degree heels and a 50 degree face. A bit more challenging to use than our General Purpose graver set, gravers made with these blocks create a steeper lift when engraving convex surfaces or working around obstacles.  Like the General Purpose gravers, they work well in everything from precious metals to stainless steel.  The 20 degree heel lift raises your knuckles and the hand piece higher, requiring a bit more skill to use, but with the benefit of greater clearance around your work.

Your gravers can be any length.  Can be used with a powered hone, sharpening stones, or our Engraver.com 5 inch Sharpening Disk Holder with diamond wheels (optional with this kit) or polishing film.

Base Set includes:

• 90, 105 and 115 degree Graver Blocks

Options

• 50 Degree Face Fixer - required to make these gravers.  Purchase if you don't already have one from a different set.
• Tower, Slimmer and Hex Wrench - required to make these gravers.  Purchase if you don't already have one from a different set
• Universal Collet Set - 3 mm, 2.5 mm, and 1.9mm Universal Collets.  This Sharpening System requires you to have your gravers in one of these collets to properly index your graver.  Purchase this set if you do not already have Universal Collets.
• Diamond Wheel Set with 5 inch Wheel Holder- Optional.  The Graver Slide Fixture System can be used with any abrasive surface suitable for grinding and polishing gravers.

Once you buy this set, you can expand it with additional Shaping Blocks.
